Se trata de 3 nuevas guías para la industria: (1) Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food: Draft Guidance for Industry”; (2) “Foreign Supplier Verification Programs for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals” y (3) “Considerations for Determining Whether a Measure Provides the Same Level of Public Health Protection as the Corresponding Requirement in 21 CFR 112 or the Preventive Controls Requirements in Part 117 or 507”

FDA FSMA act1Según información de la Oficina Agrícola de Chile en Estados Unidos, el 25 de enero de 2018, la Food and Drug Administration (FDA), publicó en el Federal Register tres Notificaciones informando la disponibilidad de tres nuevos borradores de Manuales / Guías para la Industria Tituladas: (1) “Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food: Draft Guidance for Industry”; (2) “Foreign Supplier Verification Programs for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals” y (3) “Considerations for Determining Whether a Measure Provides the Same Level of Public Health Protection as the Corresponding Requirement in 21 CFR 112 or the Preventive Controls Requirements in Part 117 or 507”
